Chef Kristopher is not just a cake decorator; he is a certified chef with a passion for creating custom cakes that are as beautiful as they are tasty.

The French Bakery Cafe & Bistro

This bakery gives a french twist to an old fashioned classic. This bakery was created in 1999 with idea to provide the most outstanding pastries in Miami. This cozy Cafe is located in the beautiful distric of Bay Harbor Islands in Miami Beach, a short distance firom the ocean in a wonerful tree lined street name Kane Concourse. This bakery also offers catering and special events, wedding cakes, customized cupcakes, catering of fine wines, take-out and delivery, as well as gift certificates and a wine selection.

Lecca-Lecca Gelato Cafe

One of the hottest spots to have some gelato is Lecca-Lecca Gelato Cafe. There gelato is fresh and sweet. It is also mouthwatering and they have a variety of different flavors. Most of the flavors are fresh fruity flavors.  Most importantly, Lecca-Lecca Gelato Cafe is known for employing The Jersey Shore. Snookie, Jwow, Sam, Angelina, The Situation, Ronnie, Pauly D, and Vinny were all employees of Lecca-Lecca Gelato Cafe. This cafe is now known by many and now has many customers.

Miami Specialty Cakes

As I was looking for the best cakes in Miami, I came across a unique place named Miami Specialty Cakes. It is a small home made cake company, yet carries a wide range of products to suit a variety of budgets and taste. Name any cake that you would like and Miami Specialty Cakes can make it happen. They even create sketches an blue prints and will even custom make any flavor or cake you wish.

 

Yummy Cakes and More

An amazing place for cakes is called Yummy Cakes and More. At this store, custom cakes are made according to whatever occasion you made need them for. Yummy Cakes and More also caters for charity events and placed 2nd in the SuperBowil Tailgate Cake Contest. Not only does Yummy Cakes and More make cakes but they also have desserts, cookies, chocolate & sugar art.

Romanico's Chocolate

Chocolate is one of everyone's favorite desserts. No matter how you feel, chocolate is always there to comfort you or cheer you up. Romanico's Chocolate is one of the best chocolate's in Miami. Each chocolate is a piece of art that tastes delicious. They are alos perfect to give to someone who loves chocolate and fine things. From Royal Truffles to Sample Boxes, you can find all sorts of chocolates at Romanico's.

YogurtMia.

Another place for some of the best desserts is YougurtMia. YogurtMia is located in Miami Lakes and Broward. They serve a fresh, non-fat, low calorie, soft-serve frozen yougurt. The yogurt is healty, yet soft and creamy. You can create your custom flavors and even add real fresh fruit toppings. The products include: frozen yogurt, ice cream, yogurtshakes, syrups, dry toppings and fresh toppings.

Sweet Art by Lucila

A place that my family often orders cakes from is Sweet Art. Lucila makes her cakes with rum, which makes the cake very moist and tasty. The menu provides different cakes options, fillings,  and custom cake flavors. Lucila has 4 locations in Miami and makes various cakes and desserts. Such as: Wedding Cakes, Children Cakes, Baby Shower Cakes, Mousse, Tiramisu, Tarts etc. Lucila also sells her cakes at Sedano's and Winn Dixie, yet they are much better and fresher from her store. Lucila's Vanilla Rum Cake is simple, magnificent and utterly addictive.

Jaxson's Ice Cream Parlor & Restaurant

Today I will be talking about one of the best restaurants. Jaxson's Ice Cream Parlor & Restaurant has been opened since 1956. It is an old fashioned ice cream parlour with one of the nation's largest collections of rural American memorabilia, including a world class automobile license plate collection. It is an exciting place for the entire family because there is a toy store, an amazing lunch and dinner menu, and the most varied selection of 50 ice cream flavors. All food at Jaxson's is home made and is mouth watering. Jaxson's has been featured in The Food Network and Good Morning America. It is located in Dania Beach.

LA Sweets

The best cupcake that I have ever tried in my life was at LA Sweets. LA Sweets is located at the Shops At Sunset Place in Miami. It is an elegant yet trendy hot spot that serves gpurmet desserts and coffee. LA Sweets has an irresistible variation of desserts, ranging from freshly baked gourmet cupcakes with honest-to-goodness butter cream frosting to luscious strawberries dipped in rich European chocolate and caramelized Granny Smith apples. LA Sweets also is available for catering and special orders.

A great idea for anyone who loves desserts and giving gifts is Edible Arrangements. Cheesecake Factory

One of my favorite restaurants in the whole wide world is Cheesecake Factory. The food at Cheesecake Factory is beyond amazing and satisfying. Every meal is delicious and you can never go wrong with anything you pick off the menu. The restaurant's decor resembles heaven and the waiters are dressed in white. Cheesecake Factory is known for their amazing cheesecake. They have over 30 cheesecake flavors and also have a bakery within the restaurant. Cheesecake Factory also has specialty desserts, ice cream delights, and even a shop. Everytime I go to Cheesecake Factory I leave very happy and pleased.

Blond Giraffe Key Lime Pie Factory

One of my favorite desserts is Key Lime Pie. I personally have tried many but my favorite by far is from the Blond Giraffe Key Lime Pie Factory in Key West. They not only have Key Lime Pie but also have rum cake, key lime pie cookies,and even key lime pie on a stick. This store is open 7 days a week and is in 6 locations throughout the Keys. They were rated #1 best Key Lime Pie in Key West since 1999 and Best Key Lime Pie in Florida by Florida Monthly Magazine for 7 consecutive years. The company is established and has been in business more than 11 years. Their desserts are definitely mouth watering and very enjoyable.

Tasti D Lite !

Another one of my favorite places for frozen yogurt in Tasti D Lite. Here in Miami, Tasti D Lite is located on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. I love Tasti D Lite because their yogurt tastes more like ice cream, instead of yogurt. Tasti D Lite also has blended drinks, tasti shots, as well as cups and cones. In the store, there is also a list of all the products and their nutritional facts as well as all the vitamins and proteins included in each product. Tasti D Lite is a healthy yet yummy place for you to get your cravings satisfied.

Menchies !

One of my favorite places for frozen yogurt is Menchies! As you first walk in you get an empty cup. You then choose what yogurt flavor you would like and serve it yourself. They then have tons of toppings that you can put on your yougurt like chocolate chips, cheesecake bites, oreos, fresh fruits, hot fudge, etc. Lastly, you place your cup of frozen yogurt on a scale and it weighs how much yogurt you placed in your cup and according to how much it weighs, depends on how much you pay. This is one of my favorite places because it is always clean, they have fresh products which are healthy, and is always busy and full of pleased customers.
